Hey Royals! My name is Courtney Wicks. I am so glad that you are here! Let’s get to know each other. I was born and raised in Akron, OH. I have been an athlete competitively since the age of 7, running Track and Field in the USATF Junior Olympics along with being involved in sports in school. I competed on a collegiate level at the University of Cincinnati and was listed as one of the top ten fastest athlete on the Women’s team for the 400m dash in 2009. Post-college, I joined the US Army Ohio National Guard where I became a PT NCO (Physical Training Non-Commission Officer) as one of my additional duties for my unit. I ensured that my soldiers and the soldiers within my unit maintained the standard physical requirements in order to pass their APFT (Army Physical Fitness Test). I am also a 3x Overall NPC Bikini Champion who competed and placed 3rd in The Arnold Amateur Classic in 2016. My athleticism landed me a WWE tryout in 2017, training next to some of the top amateur and professional athletes in the nation.

I’m passionate about fitness and health because this is where I found my gateway to healing. Your physical health is intimately connected with your mental health, and vice versa, so if you take care of your physical health, you'll be in a much better state of mind. I know first-hand how my strong mindset saved me from making bad decisions and going off the deep end when I was at my lowest points, struggling with my mental health due to traumatic events. When I became more intentional about why I was training and how it effected my body, mind and spirit in a positive aspect, I was able to approach my fitness journey as a journey towards returning to back to my body and finding my way back to self.

Yes, I can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.
When you purchase any of the programs or digital products you agree to no refunds as stated on the website. This is because the content is delivered instantly to consumer and can be seen by the consumer. Refunds can only be given in the following circumstances:
- If there was a technical issue and we can see that the content was never recovered by the buyer.
